DESCRIPTION
Job description:
You'll work on the intelligence layer that makes Relay's agents actually smart - classification models for ticket triage, intent detection for workflow routing, confidence scoring for escalation decisions, and the retrieval systems that give agents access to the right context at the right time. This is applied ML, not research for research's sake. Every model you ship runs in production, handling real customer workflows within days.

4+ years ML engineering experience, strong Python, experience deploying models in production (not just notebooks), familiarity with LLM APIs and fine-tuning, understanding of RAG architectures. Bonus: experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, or custom) and multi-agent systems.
