DESCRIPTION
Job description:
You'll create the documentation that helps operations teams understand, deploy, and get value from Relay - from API references and integration guides to conceptual overviews and troubleshooting docs. We're a writing-first team, and our docs are a product in their own right. You'll work closely with engineering and product to turn complex agent logic into clear, scannable, genuinely helpful content.
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements
3+ years technical writing experience (developer tools, APIs, or SaaS), ability to read code and translate it into human language, strong information architecture skills, experience with docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git). Bonus: experience documenting AI/ML products or automation platforms.
